Our products have their own privacy policies

LedgerMedic (ledgermedic.com) and Sprinklerly (sprinklerly.com) are separate applications that collect and process their own customer data to provide their respective services. Each product publishes its own privacy policy on its own site, and that policy, not this one, governs the data you give that product. If you use LedgerMedic or Sprinklerly, please read that product’s privacy policy.

What this website collects

This website is a small set of static pages: this one, the home page, the products page, the contact page, and the terms of service. It has:

• No account creation, login, or user profiles.
• No contact forms, newsletter sign-ups, or any other on-site data collection.
• No cookies that we set, and no analytics, tracking pixels, or advertising scripts of any kind.
• No third-party embeds or fonts loaded from another company’s servers.

If you email us, your email address and the contents of your message go directly to our mailbox the way any email does, and we use them only to read and respond to you. We do not add your address to a mailing list, sell it, or share it with anyone outside F&S Ventures for marketing purposes.

Server logs

Like almost every website, our hosting provider keeps basic technical logs of requests to this site — things like IP address, browser type, the page requested, and the time of the request — for security and reliability purposes (for example, detecting abuse or diagnosing an outage). We do not use these logs to build a profile of visitors, and we do not combine them with any other data about you.

Children’s privacy

This website is directed at businesses and is not intended for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Your choices

Because this site does not collect personal information beyond what you choose to put in an email to us, there is generally nothing to opt out of. If you have emailed us and want us to delete that correspondence, ask us at the address below and we will do so, unless we have a legitimate reason to keep it (for example, an ongoing legal or contractual matter).

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time as the site or the company changes. If we make a material change, we will update the “Last updated” date above. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
